Concentration is a deeply peaceful state of mind. Through developing our capacity for concentration it also becomes easier to take charge of our minds and thereby improve the quality of our lives. In this mini retreat, we will learn and practice helpful methods to improve our mindfulness and concentration both in meditation and in our daily lives. We start by learning to tune into the natural stillness and peace we have within, and gradually gain the ability to overcome all states of mind that cause us suffering. Beginners welcome!
