Do you ever find that a lot of your thoughts are not that calm or peaceful? That they are too often grumbling or boring or distracted or worried? That you don’t want to think them, but cannot help it?! If so, meditation is for you. If we are not in a state of deep peace all day long, or if we lack mental space and clarity, this is a sign that we need more mindfulness and focus. It doesn’t take much to get started. With proper instruction, and 5-10 minutes regular practice, you can set up a lifetime habit that will change everything.
