Living Lightly with Wisdom

Mini Meditation Retreat in Evergreen

Saturday, December 15th, 9:30am-1:30pm, with Kadam Lucy James

Of all Buddha’s teachings, none is more far-reaching and transformative than the teachings on emptiness or selflessness, the true nature of reality. It is through our understanding of selflessness – in particular, the freedom that we experience as a result – that we can come to solve all our problems permanently and be of maximum benefit to others.
In this mini retreat, we will explore this liberating wisdom, with teachings, guided meditations, and time for questions. Everyone welcome. This retreat is suitable both for beginners and those more experienced.
